TEN Common Loons by Round Island on Long Lake. This photograph was taken on August 30, 2013 from our dock – which was 1.5 miles from the loons! I used my iPhone connected to my Kowa scope with the Kowa adapter – what a wonderful invention!

Neat quiz shot – just below the mushroom, and to the right. Nice photos too – I especially liked the Red Eft, the 1st Helldiver Pond picture, the Spider Web and the Male Black-backed Woodpecker shots – I just have to make it up your way this year !
